US - Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) Status. The U.S. House of Representatives ratified the agreement on December 19 and passed it on to the Senate Finance Committee which has voted favorably. It should move to the full Senate for a vote soon. There should be no changes, that affect cattlemen, from the old NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) it is replacing.
